Winemaker’s Notes: Alicante Bouchet is a cross that took two generations to complete. This grape has amazing color and intense flavor and its known unreliable acidity is maintained with prudent vineyard management and the back-bone of a well acclimated Tempranillo.
Pairings: Charbroiled rib eye, deeply aged Manchego, grilled peppers and onions, or black forest cake.
