Very large dried currant, clove and ginger aromas. This red blend is full bodied and tannic, rich with notes of berry, black plums, chocolate and smoke.
Winemaker’s Notes: Not for the faint of heart, this wine was built with fortitude and intention with the educated palette in mind. Cabernet Sauvignon brings structure while Cabernet Franc smoothes out Syrah’s powerful disposition.
Pairings: Grilled steaks, seared Ahi, sharp English cheddars, bittersweet chocolate or an espresso.
